SendaRide 2020 Year At A Glance
Can we finally wrap up 2020? It has proven to be a challenging year for many businesses across the country – especially those in healthcare.
SendaRide started the year strong with plans for growth, new partnerships and expansion into new cities. In March, as the country began to shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic, SendaRide quickly put safety protocols in place and created a new option: SendTheLove courier service. This service not only kept our drivers working so they could support their families, it also provided a touchless delivery service for much-needed medical supplies, food, and other necessities to those unable to leave their homes.
2020 did provide some good news for SendaRide: We are happy to announce we are now serving all major cities across Texas and launching in both Florida and North Carolina.
In addition, SendaRide was awarded both the “2020 Venture of the Year” by the Oklahoma Venture Forum and the “2020 North American Healthcare Mobility Enabling Technology Leadership Award” by Frost and Sullivan. What a blessing for our team to be recognized for their hard work, dedication and passion.
We want to thank our many clients and riders who have put their trust in SendaRide and the many Care Partners that have shown so much compassion and selflessness during this tumultuous year. Many businesses were forced to close their doors so we are extremely grateful to have not just remained open, as an “Essential Business”, but to have started our courier service and expanded into two new states.
We look forward to the coming year and launching in additional states!
As always, please know you can contact us anytime with questions, to share one of your touching stories about our service, or to partner with SendaRide.
We’re looking forward to 2021, and hope you’ll be along for the ride!
